Preparing for full disclosure

Bradshaw, Dixon and Moore support full and complete disclosure for both parties. It is especially important to be able to validate a spouse’s disclosure.

To help your clients to remember all their pensions, and identify all the pensions they expect their spouse to disclose, we have produced a Pension Identification Form that can be downloaded free.

Pensions schemes have to provide one CETV a year free, which has to be disclosed if following the ancillary relief process. However for non-ancillary relief cases you might want to move straight to using appropriate actuarial valuations. These will be larger than CETVs. For final salary pensions you can get appropriate valuations with our Express Pension Valuation from only £25 + VAT per scheme.
